Job Description

Surprise, a leading company in the fast-moving consumer goods industry established in 2004, is seeking a dedicated Budgeting Manager

 to join our top management team in Tehran. This role plays a critical part in guiding our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and optimizing financial performance. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial initiatives, aligning them with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1 Providing direct advisory services to management regarding high-level decisions on development, finance, and capital allocation

2 Continuous monitoring and analysis of banking system trends, financing instruments, and credit opportunities

3 Analyzing capital market literature and mechanisms, and proposing practical solutions for the company

4 Evaluating market entry, scope expansion, or the development of capital market-related business activities

5 Addressing requirements, procedures, and expectations set by the Securities and Exchange Organization and regulatory bodies

6 Preparing analytical reports, decision-support memos, and strategic scenarios for management

7 Identifying and evaluating opportunities for partnerships, investments, financing, and business development

8 Contributing to the design of the company’s medium- and long-term development roadmap

9 Analyzing financial, credit, and regulatory risks associated with development projects

10 Preparing the necessary analyses for the CEO's meetings with key stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions

11 Monitoring the effectiveness of development decisions and providing corrective feedback to the CEO recommendations.

Qualifications:

1 Mastery of the banking system, bank interaction structures, and financing mechanisms

2 Mastery of capital market terminology, specialized concepts, and financial instruments

3 Understanding of business development structures, organizational growth, and strategic

4 Managerial competence
