Financial Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a senior financial manager with proven experience in the automotive manufacturing sector to lead our finance department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including cost control, budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning, with a strong focus on supporting industrial processes and capital-intensive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis aligned with automotive production cycles.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and cost variance reports.
• Conduct cost accounting related to raw materials, labor, machinery depreciation, and production overhead.
• Monitor and optimize working capital, inventory turnover, and plant-level financial KPIs.
• Evaluate and monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX).
• Lead financial negotiations with banks and institutions for funding production and expansion projects.
• Provide financial insights for pricing strategies, product development, and supply chain contracts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and automotive industry financial regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and shareholder value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Professional certifications are highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of financial leadership experience in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector.
• Strong background in cost accounting, financial modeling, and capital budgeting.
• Proficiency with RAHKARAN.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
