SCOPE & PURPOSE:

The GSMPAY Company, a subsidiary of Hamrahtel Group, is a player in the fintech market. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technology, GSMPAY strives to provide groundbreaking solutions and services that transform the way financial transactions are carried out. In this company, we are seeking a financial manager, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all financial activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management within the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards specific to the fintech industry.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, etc.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in strategic planning, budget allocation, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven managerial experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to fintech companies.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, with advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
