In this company, we are seeking a financial manager, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all financial activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management within the organization.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards specific to the fintech industry.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, etc.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in strategic planning, budget allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
