éclair with over 12 years of experience is a holding company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering into cuisine and opening more branches for éclair Patisserie. we have more than 80 employees and looking for a strong and capable Accounting Manager with understanding and passion for this job who can oversee and manage all financial and accounting matters related to eclairs growth strategies.

  • Ensure board strategies are effectively executed.
  • Ensure all rules and regulations, internally adopted or externally imposed, are effectively complied with.
  • Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other managerial reports.
  • Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predict future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly.
  • Evaluate accounting systems, procedures, and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial systems and ensures they meet high standards.
  • Oversee the performance of the team and individuals defined in the JD to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Ensures assigned tasks and activities are completed within the budgeted timeframe.
  • Develop talent within the teams. Provides team members with on-the-job training.
  • Responsible for the timely payment of salaries, expenses, and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance, and other government obligations and reporting on the same.
  • Prepare fiscal financial statements including balance sheet and income statement.
  • Location: Tehran, Hakimieh.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • Senior management track record of 6 years or more; with at least 3 years in a relevant sector.
  • Experience in the food and beverage business is a plus, otherwise, a person with a history in production and industrial accounting is preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of tax rules.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and local accounting packages.
  • A team player.
