We are a knowledge-based company looking to hire an experienced financial manager with extensive experience in construction and production responsible for routine and way-out reporting tasks to present to the board.
Roles:
● Lead the corporate finance team.
● Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
● Develop and implement internal controls.
● Create, update, and present monthly quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
● Responsible for monthly reporting on actual vs. budget, on-time monthly closing of the accounts.
● Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
● Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
● Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
● 3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
● Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
● Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
● Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools.
● Highly flexible, with high tolerance, and ability.
● Familiar with monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
● Strategic perspective.
● Multi-tasking ability.
