Senior Finance International Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview:

The position is mainly engaged with International Sourcing payouts and banking affairs, Cash flow planning for International Sourcing foreign currency purchase, Executing International OPEX payments and controlling payouts of the foreign entities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engaged with purchase of foreign currency for international sourcing importation (exchange house and bank).
• Short- and long-term cash flow planning for international sourcing importation:
• Cooperating with financial planning and analysis team and treasury team.
• Maintaining and supervising local banking (corporate banking) relationships for all international sourcing banking affairs: purchase of currency, documents endorsement for importation, releasing fx commitments, obtaining foreign exchange purchase credit line.
• Cooperating with financial planning and analysis team for monthly cash flow bottom up preparation – international sourcing and OPEX.
• Executing foreign OPEX payment/PayPal and Credit Card.
• Cooperating with the Overseas Accounts Payable team to have DIGIKALA Group foreign exchange OPEX expenses executed/bank transfer: collecting internal finance approvals, sharing the invoices with the foreign payable team.
• Engaged with monthly closing for foreign exchange payments of DIGIKALA Group companies.
• Cooperating with the accounting team: reporting all foreign exchange payments to the accounting team + all invoices and transfer proofs to close the monthly accounts.
• Dubai entity payouts – CFO approval and accounts control: Preparing payment requests for all Dubai entity payouts, collecting CFO approval, cooperating with Dubai accounts payable team for controlling the payouts.
• Maintaining cash flow balance of Group entities (Europe and UAE) for reporting to Management/CFO and planning the periodic funding/advising Intra-Group transfers.
• Reporting the Foreign Group Companies Performance to Management/CFO: Presenting highlights of the month + updates on numbers (Cash Flow and Expenses) for board meeting review.
