Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards to comply with health regulations.
  • Implement efficient processes and workflow to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the production unit team to ensure consistent quality and innovative products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and customer experience.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the employees to ensure consistency in service and adherence to company standards.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules, optimizing staffing levels to meet operation demands while controlling labor costs.
  • Perform weekly/monthly inventories and guarantee their accuracy.
  • Manage the annual operation budget, sales, food costs, labor costs, Opex, etc.

Requirements

  • An end-of-service or exemption card is mandatory for men.
  • 2 years of team lead experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional English proficiency.
