Job Description

● Give long-term and short-term production plan ● Control projects production and implementation ● Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. ● Screen, recruit, and train new factory workers ● Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. ● Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order ● Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues. ● Prepare production reports and submit them to key decision-makers. ● Regularly inspect finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. ● Motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Mechanics, or related fields. ● 10 to 15 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. ● Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control. ● Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. ● Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. ● Ability to multitask. ● Outstanding time management skills. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong management and leadership skills. ● Effective communication skills.
