
Job Description
Factory Manager Responsibilities: Planning and control management of production and control of raw materials and inventory for optimal production with the process of waste reduction and energy consumption and determination of raw material order and announcement to supply and logistics unit and continuous monitoring of production of quality products in accordance with the announced production schedule. - Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve them. - Monitor the entry and exit of purchased items and the entry and exit of the warehouse. - Monitor strict compliance with HSE safety regulations. - Identifying risks and opportunities associated with factory processes and trying to control them. - Contribute to product quality plan design including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance. - Review the results of monitoring and measuring plant-related processes and action to improve. - Collaborate with the quality control manager to reduce product waste or recycling and improve product quality. - Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. - Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. - Preparing production and project reports and submitting them to key decision-makers. - Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. - Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. - Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant - Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance - Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance - Repair or replace plant equipment as needed - Have a knowledge in project management
Requirements
Factory Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, engineering fields or related field. - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. - Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control. - At least 10 years of similar experience in the food industry - Having knowledge of machines and tools - Having knowledge of quality systems and standards - Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. - The ability to multitask. - Outstanding time management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong management and leadership skills. - Effective communication skills. - Having very good English Knowledge ( speaking-writing-reading-listening)
