Job Description

Arian Capital is seeking an experienced HR manager who will participate in the management of HR practices in our factory in Arak.

  • Design, develop, and implement HR strategies, processes, projects, initiatives, and policies aligned with the overall business strategy in the factory, according to Arian Corporation Standards
  • Plan HR budget in the factory working closely with the factory manager and CHRO to meet the targets in operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit.
  • Support the manufacturing operations with manpower planning, shift and overtime management, staff performance development, reporting, and monitoring of the performance management system to drive high performance in the factory.
  • Build, assess, and develop the right capabilities to meet the business objectives in terms of talent acquisition and development in the factory.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, with a preference for experience in a leadership role in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant fields.
  • Having worked in a factory human resources department involved in talent acquisition, learning and development, and administration based on local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
  • Familiarity with ISO14000.
