Job Description

● Search, find and categorize customers in the target market. ● Prepare market research analysis and report. ● Take care of gained contacts to establish the business. ● Prepare periodical reports for higher management levels (daily, weekly, and monthly). ● Handle all formalities regarding customs activities for export and documents and follow up on relevant matters. ● Prepare and process all required documents and permits for shipping purposes, and maintain records of all invoices and transactions. ● Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of processes. ● Review all updates of customs regulations of exportation and act accordingly.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 4 years of export experience. ● Experience in the field of export in the food industry. ● Familiarity with export regulations of Iran. ● Familiar with INCOTERMS and import regulations. ● Familiar with NTSW, EPL, and ordering registration procedures. ● Excellent command of English. ● Good familiarity with MS Office. ● Excellent public relations and a well-organized attitude. ● Result-oriented and able to work under time limitations. ● Teamwork skills. ● Problem-solving and crisis management skills. ● Active and dynamic person. ● Time management ability. ● Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and accurate. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 40 years old. ● Gender preference: Male/Female.
