- Responsible of export sales for the company’s range of products
- Handling the distributors, agents and customers of the company outside of Iran based on country specification
- Identify business opportunities and target market
- Manage export and international activities
- Analyze and Synthesize data to improve export forecast
- Searching for new international market in neighboring countries
- Research market trends and products
- Develop business proposal according to customer's business requirements
- Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information as well as keeping customer's records Identify
- Dealing with government sectors, chamber of commerce of Iran customs, drawback authorities, banks, international and local forwarding companies, inspection Co., customs agents and shipping lines with regard to export
- Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms
- Preparing export offers according to client needs and company’s procedures
Requirements
- Sufficiently familiar with the national pricing, transportation, insurance, customs rules.
- Fully familiar with export and import procedures and policies
- Russian and Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.
- University qualifications: BS or MS Degree.
- Previous experience: At least 5 years in foreign commercial field
- Professional on Incoterms 2010.
- Knowledge of commercial correspondences and communications in English
- Excellent command of English
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure situations and Team work Shipping Line knowledge (preferable)
