Job Description
Firooz Hygienic Group, a leading manufacturer of baby & family care products, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to drive and expand sales in Iraq and Afghanistan with a strong focus on route-to-market and van-selling (مویرگی).
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement export sales strategies for Iraq and Afghanistan
• Build, manage and optimize RTM models with a strong emphasis on direct distribution / van selling
• Lead and supervise local distributors, agents, and sales teams in target markets
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and increase market penetration
• Conduct regular market visits and competitive analysis
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting
• Ensure proper execution of trade marketing and visibility plans in markets
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in export sales management within FMCG
• Proven experience in Iraq & Afghanistan markets
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in van selling and route-to-market models
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and distributor management skills
• Familiar with export documentation, logistics, and international trade processes
• Ability to travel frequently
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
