Job Description

Espandar Civil Industries Co. has an opening for an export expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire export process from order receipt to delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs forms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and company policies.
• Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or customer complaints.
• Analyze international market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
• Support negotiation of freight rates, contracts, and payment terms with logistics partners.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export operations or international sales.
• Strong understanding of global trade processes, shipping, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
• Experience with export documentation and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for business trips locally and internationally as required.
