Job Description

● Pursue the collection of claims from international customers. ● Follow up on negotiation meetings and their results until reaching a contract. ● Search for new customers and try to communicate with them. ● Pursue customer satisfaction after transactions. ● Communicate with government departments and institutions, as well as private institutions in order to advance affairs to reach strategic goals. ● Provide practical reports in order to identify target markets and new ways of operating in these markets.

Requirements

● Familiarity with responsibilities related to internal and external sales. ● Familiarity with Iranian and international customs laws and commercial laws. ● Ability to provide practical advice and suitable solutions related to exports in the steel industry. ● Proficient in order registration, currency allocation, import and export, and allocation of export currencies for import. ● Proficient in English. ● Familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation. ● Strong expression technique. ● High public relations. ● Ability to solve problems. ● Getting to know the rules of buying goods in the stock market. ● Master's degree in Business Management, Metallurgical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. ● At least four years of work experience. ● Familiarity with CRM and office automation. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Customer orientation. ● Familiar with Agile systems.
