Job Description

  • Administrative document control.
  • Inform the CEO by reviewing and analyzing specific reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Communicate and follow up on tasks and issues.
  • Manage relationships with customers to facilitate communication with the CEO.
  • Organize and plan CEO meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare agenda and meeting minutes.
  • Manage daily affairs and office operations.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative activities, preferably in transport companies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English to read faxes and answer phone calls.
  • Verbal and written communication ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to do group work.
  • Good sense of humor.
