Job Description
- Administrative document control.
- Inform the CEO by reviewing and analyzing specific reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Communicate and follow up on tasks and issues.
- Manage relationships with customers to facilitate communication with the CEO.
- Organize and plan CEO meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agenda and meeting minutes.
- Manage daily affairs and office operations.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of experience in administrative activities, preferably in transport companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Sufficient knowledge of English to read faxes and answer phone calls.
- Verbal and written communication ability and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to do group work.
- Good sense of humor.
