Job Description

● Participate in formulating and administering policies and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and meet business and profitability growth objectives. ● Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. ● Develop plans and budgets and provide project organization charts. ● Estimate quantities and cost of technical and financial. ● Estimate, control, and documentation of project documents (technical and financial). ● Control and confirm contractors' invoices. ● Responsible for project profit and loss. ● Set policies and processes. ● Monitor budget and metrics. ● Document and monitor work processes. ● Identify, implement and control all human resource systems and processes. ● Identify the company's employment needs and manage the hiring process. ● Design KPIs, and conduct job evaluation. ● Prepare sales forecasts and advertising budgets. ● Manage and interpret customer requirements. ● Analyze the current CRM and ensure it’s fit for the purpose and the goals of the organization. ● Collaborate in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction. ● Call center management of online and telephone orders. ● Develop and monitor online sales activity. ● Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications. ● Provide regular follow-up and feedback when required. ● Manage the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets. ● Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment (Competitors, market analysis, etc.). ● Create positive relationships with other department leaders to create an efficient cooperation environment and deliver second-to-none solutions. ● Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the manager. ● Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual plans for the team. ● Employment type: full-time.

Requirements

● 6 to 10 years of experience in related fields. ● Experience in planning and budgeting. ● Fluent in general contracting. ● Time managing, executive, and financial scheduling skills. ● Expert in contract affairs. ● Proactive manager - you take ownership and get stuck in, and you're able to balance multiple projects and priorities. ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). ● People management and leadership. ● Strong creative and critical thinking capability. ● Fluent in communication skills. ● Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques. ● Fluent in teamwork and problem-solving power. ● Experience in planning and implementing customer clubs. ● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
