● Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary.
● Welcoming the clients
● Preparing and managing correspondences in both English and Farsi.
● Arranging travel and accommodation requirements in connection with the team.
● Arranging meetings.
● Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
● Administrative tasks such as referring to the relevant ministries, SSO, Tax Organization, etc.
● Translating from English to Farsi and vice versa.
Requirements
● Significant experience within international firms.
● Fluent in English.
● Hardworking.
● Honest and serious.
● High degree of multitasking.
● Familiar with accounting and MS Office software.
