● Answer domestic and foreign phone calls.
● Record incoming calls and report to the superior manager.
● Contact with clients, employees, and managers of other units.
● Coordinate meetings and appointments.
● Coordinate the meeting room and ensure that its equipment is ready before the scheduled meetings.
● Receive and send emails related to work activities.
● Compile the required reports and submit them to the relevant manager.
● Draft issued letters.
● Receive, review, distribute and send letters, and unit prospectuses to relevant recipients.
● Respond to clients in person.
● Plan and coordinate the trips and missions of the superior manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Basic Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience in related areas.
● Mastery of MS Office.
● Familiarity with English.
● Mastery of administrative correspondence.
● Proficiency in Farsi and English typing.
● Proficiency in reporting.
