️What You’ll Do
As our Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager, you will take ownership of the daily administrative operations at the Tehran office. You’ll be the main point of coordination between our local staff and executive team abroad. Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day administrative and staff affairs at the Tehran office
Scheduling and coordinating meetings for executives and managers
Drafting and translating official letters and documents (Farsi ↔ English)
Overseeing insurance policies and association memberships
Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, contracts, and personnel records
Communicating internal policies and updates from management to staff
Tracking executive calendars and deadlines
Acting as a reliable liaison between the Tehran office and international leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Farsi and English
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
A sense of accountability and ownership over responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism
Experience in executive or administrative support roles (preferred)

Bonus points if you also have experience in:

Human Resource management
Payroll and salary contract preparation
Public Relations

Working Conditions & Benefits
Location: Hampar Head Office, Velenjak, Tehran
Working Hours: Saturday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary (before tax): 35–50 million IRR (based on qualifications)
