-Plans and coordinates the user’s application training
-Analyzing user problems or requisitions, finding solutions, transferring up-level problems
-Support applications and enterprise operations with technical consultation and specialized programming to resolve application issues through cooperation whit respective parties
-Having the ability to teamwork and being self-motivate
-Create / follow-up the trouble tickets
-Test and bug tracking
-Assists with software evaluation, including installation, testing to ensure that the product is ready for deployment
Requirements
-BSc. In IT, software engineering, or computer science
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in application support and IT environment
-Being familiar with logo enterprise software a plus
-English working knowledge
-Good writing skills (for documenting the process).
-Good presentation skills
-Smart and Quick self Learner
-A good understanding of the software development process
-Proficiency in MS-SQL server
-Familiar with Test Strategy, Test Plan
-Ideal Age: 23 - 30
