Job Description
* Installation, configuration and technical support of security software products in medium to large enterprise networks.
* Security software products are mainly anti-virus software and related products (access control, data loss prevention, encryption,). Brands include McAfee, Bitdefender and Sophos.
* Technical support includes visit to customer site, remote access, telephone and email.
* Customers are country-wide and involves one-day travels to different provinces and cities across country.
* Working in a team of 30+ engineers and reporting directly to Support Manager
* Working hours 08:00 - 16:00, Sat - Wed. Flexibility is highly expected.
