We're looking for an employer brand specialist in Rahnema College. This role will help Rahnema College Promote our culture in creative and interesting ways. •Main Responsibilities:
-Building and executing the social recruiting strategy
-Identifying appropriate social media platforms, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy
-Making social posts and responds accordingly as well as measures success
-Develop and maintain a content library including photos, videos and other collateral to leverage as part of our digital strategy
-Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
-Assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of each social media
-Assisting HR team in identifying best possible sources to attract a wide variety and diverse population of candidates
-Managing HR events
Requirements
-Being creative and thinking out of the box
-Ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities
-Ability to self-motivate and work independently
-Strong Presentation and interpersonal skills
-Computer proficiency with MS Office, internet search engines and ATS systems
-Being familiar with picture and video editing software
-Ideal Age Range: 21 - 37
