We help our international clients grow their businesses with customer-centric products and services. The team: The Human Resource (HR) team handles recruitment, employee well-being, and the maintenance of inclusive work culture. We are branching out towards recruitment marketing which includes managing the employer brand. We liaison between employees and the management. The role: As an Employer Branding Executive, you’ll define the core values of First Source and use them for recruitment marketing purposes. Your understanding of the organization's key strengths will help attract, engage, and hire the best talent. You'll utilize the organization's positive market positioning for retaining employees. Our current and future employees will benefit from your extensive recruitment marketing experience. Challenges: ● Use brand communications in social media and expand our partnerships with universities and other related institutes to effectively position the organization. ● Create, coordinate, approve, and publish employer branding content for recruitment marketing purposes. ● Generate hiring leads and meet recruitment targets by tracking online campaigns. Assist the recruitment team with branding activities in job fairs. ● Be aligned with the organization's evolving HR demands. Update and repurpose content to meet current and future hiring needs. ● Support business growth by providing solutions and guidance to the team.
