Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement employee lifecycle processes to increase employee experience ratios in the company in collaboration with company-wide teams.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track and report on employee experience KPIs (e.g., participation, sentiment, retention impact).
  • Gather feedback from employees on communication and engagement activities and generate actionable insights.
  • Study and research best practices for employee experience, and to collaborate in developing effective employee communication strategies and plans.
  • Drive HR communication efforts and ensure all the elements are planned and foreseen as per guidelines to avoid any miscommunication.
  • Implement Employee Experience and Communication plans in line with EVP promises.
  • Coordinate HR communication plans with Marketing, Brand, and Internal Communication teams.
  • Develop and execute internal HR communication plans in collaboration with the Marketing, Corporate Services, Corporate Affairs, and Brand teams.
  • Write, edit, and oversee content for HR newsletters, announcements, the intranet, and other digital and physical channels.
  • Archive and keep records of all photos, videos, and media from HR events.
  • Identify and propose new and digital channels for communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in preparing a communication timetable and HR broadcasts, and choose the most efficient communication channel for each HR message.
  • Take ownership of HR social media to improve MTN Irancell’s presence in the digital environment.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timeliness of communication materials and deliverables as per specification.
  • Maintain accurate records and timelines, aka a calendar tracker, for all HR communication and experience initiatives.
