About the Job:

Electrical and automation supervisor should have good understanding about production solutions, play a strategy role in identifying opportunities & implementing automation and electrical solutions, which would involve in–depth studies and understanding of the various operation process flow, structure & business model to bring about continuous productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Divide the work and adjust the work schedule of the personnel, organize and create the necessary coordination in the activities of the department and supervision of the personnel and ensure the proper performance of the assigned tasks
• Monitoring the performance of electronic devices and equipment to ensure their correct operation and efficiency. Action to improve performance and collect useful information about them.
• Planning and taking action to adjust and repair electronic devices and tools
• Improving the level of knowledge and skills of employees under supervision in relation to the quality system, standards, instructions and supervising their proper implementation
• Organizing and controlling project activities and processes within the defined scope of work
• Supervising and controlling the observance of safety, health and environment issues in the workplace and personnel under supervision
• Preparing and adjusting the required statistics and reports weekly
• Control and inspection of all CP, CCP in the production process and ensure the correct operation of control systems
• Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.

• Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures.
• Investigate stoppages and prepare relevant reports.
• Perform the most complex maintenance duties and operate related equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of all PLCs, measuring instruments throughout the plant;
• Implementation of preventive or corrective actions and measure their effects;
• Facilitate problem solving groups on complex technical issues within the automation and instrumentation;
• Competence development of the Electrical technicians
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external;) for interventions on PLCs, Loops regulations and Instrumentation;
• Offers solutions in case of recurring problems

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in relevant position or 5 years as electrical
or automation technician

Experience and Knowledge:

Electrical Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
