Job Description

Job description: ● Managing e-commerce logistic operations and making sustainable development plan. ● Preparing daily, weekly and monthly business reports. ● Drawing out and regularly identifying improvement points by analyzing e-commerce processes, report and carry out studies to insure its development. ● Preparing performance evaluation reports and providing team development and motivation accordingly. ● Ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of the operation by taking an active role in the field. ● Planning the needs such as human resources, equipment, devices and spaces on the efficiency basis. ● Planning in line with analysis by working actively to reduce error rates, operation times and cost. ● Taking the necessary measures to ensure that the flow of inventory required for sales run quickly and accurately and actively manage the operational planning. ● Coordinating the team in order to achieve all the objectives within the framework of the strategy plan, to determine the priorities in terms of general and specific objectives and to make business plan. ● Preparing, following and managing the expense budget of the department. ● Establishing all necessary communication with third party companies, directing processes and setting goals for improvement while maintaining operational quality standards and being able to manage projects.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Having university degree in related fields. ● Prior experience in related fields. ● Fluency in English or Turkish. ● Excellent interpersonal or relationship building skills. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Professional attitude and appearance at all the time. ● Data-driven and analytical. ● Problem solving ability. ● Decision-making abilities. ● Collaboration and team-building abilities.
