- To plan Medical-Reps team activities in order to achieve sales target objectives.
- Keeping team updated about the market news, competitors and etc.
- Responsible for medical representatives' action plans and reports.
- Provide appropriate feedback on reports.
- To lead and coach Medical-Reps on how to handle sales challenges.
- KOL management via double visits.
- Check KPI's for medical representatives and follow up on them regularly.
- Monitoring inventory stock in distribution branches.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members.
Requirements
- University degree: At least Bachelor in related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in related positions
- Experience in a “similar position” is an advantage
- Proficient in Leading & Coaching
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English language & MS Office
- Flexibility for working hours
- Able to travel inside the country
