We are now seeking a motivated and experienced District Sales Manager (DSM) in the Dermatology field to join our Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coach a team of Medical Representatives, driving sales performance in your assigned region and contributing to SanaPharmed’s mission of increasing patient access to high-quality medicines and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and supervise the performance of the assigned Medical Representatives team
• Analyze sales data and propose effective strategies to achieve regional sales objectives
• Coordinate with Marketing and Medical teams to stay up to date on market and competitor information
• Conduct weekly meetings to enhance sales skills and address existing challenges
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase loyalty and advocacy
• Participate in group events and provide constructive solutions to improve team performance

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dermatology or Hair Care fields
• Strong understanding of therapeutic trends and market dynamics in Dermatology
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and principles of marketing and sales
