Distribution Supervisor

Job Description

• Receiving remittance slips from distributors and drivers and checking them with the NGT Tour.
• Tracking the sending and non-sending of orders.
• Checking the issuance of invoices.
• Checking the conversion of remittances into invoices.
• Training distributors on the distribution and maintenance of equipment.
• Tracking bills of lading for suburban drivers and repairs of distribution vehicles.
• Checking and monitoring distribution vehicles with GPS.
• Performing other assigned tasks within the scope of duties and responsibilities and cases referred by the superior.

• Familiarity with the principles of warehouse management and supply chain.
• Ability to work with warehouse management systems.
• Skill in recording and maintaining inventory.
• Ability to review and process warehouse data.
• Ability to report accurately and systematically.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to write and edit warehouse documentation.
