Job Description

A well-established company in the oil, gas, and energy sector is seeking a strategic, performance-driven, and experienced Vice President of Market Development to lead market expansion, secure large-scale projects, and manage key commercial relationships at the group level.

 

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the oil, gas, and energy market and identify large-scale project opportunities

Lead and manage full PQ, RFP, RFQ processes and prepare technical and financial proposals

Plan and execute market development strategies across the group and subsidiaries

Lead critical negotiations with employers, government entities, and business partners

Create synergy among technical, financial, legal, and operational teams during project acquisition

Manage the full opportunity-to-contract development lifecycle

Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management

Manage market development budgets and monitor performance effectiveness

Select and manage key contractors, partners, and suppliers

Integrate market development activities across subsidiary companies

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Master’s Degree

Fields of Study:

Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, MBA (Energy, Marketing, or Strategy)
