Job Description

● To develop sales plans for various digital channels and provide initiative to boost sales revenue through the channels. ● To collaborate in designing sales channel experience programs through digital sales channels and measure success. ● To prepare professional documents about the digital sales team's aims and strategies to convey to the high management. ● To develop the data management and reporting infrastructures using BI generation software tools. ● To assist line manager in negotiations with digital channel vendors and parties. ● To plan and implement an effective end-to-end comprehensive digital channel sales campaign based on communicated Business Plan. ● To monitor and report feedback from digital sales channels regarding implemented campaigns. ● To identify digital sales leads' opportunities in the market and provide the same by reviewing the key areas of digital sales. ● To oversee the administration of sales processes through Digital Sales Channel to achieve predefined targets. ● To oversee the preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports on Digital Sales Channel (Telesales, Social Media, Mobile App, USSD, Web Shop, SMM, etc) to Management for analyzing the Digital channel performance based on manager requests. ● To prepare and maintain updated digital sales channel dashboards, this includes developing various reports and metrics to pinpoint sales pipeline status.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing, Economics, Data Science, IT Science, or Business Science) or related fields; having MBA will be an advantage. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience in digital marketing/sales is preferable.
