Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage the digital marketing strategy, encompassing social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website management.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Content Oversight: Coordinate content strategy and initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies and brand voice.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the digital marketing team, set objectives, and review performance to ensure a high level of competence.
  • Budget Management: Allocate the digital marketing budget and monitor expenditures to ensure optimal spend.
  • Technology Management: Stay updated with emerging digital tools and platforms, recommend improvements for the existing tech stack.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer journey.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar roles.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, Email Campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
