We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. We are looking for a qualified Digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
- Set up the digital marketing strategy base on the strategic goals of the organization.
- Plan SEO & SEM and act as owner of our website performance.
- Plan and execute creative campaign and oversee paid media advertising campaigns.
- Increase the social followers and improve their engagement.
- Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
- Analyze performance of the digital activities by standard metrics.
- Carry out search engine optimization, including designing SEO campaigns, conducting keyword research, and building external link, designing site structure and content navigation and Building Internal Link.
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the performance of search engine optimization strategies.
- Organize and run projects and campaigns to improve website search result listings and suggest improvements process and productivity optimization and boosting website authority.
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization and optimizing CTR
- Establish relationships with other websites in order to expand link connections and create partnerships.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, Google algorithm and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Track mentions of company, brand, product etc. on web results, social channels etc. and then identify risks, threats and respond appropriately
- Stay up-to-date on ever-evolving social media platforms and trends
- Design and provide creative and retention-based campaigns
- Execution of campaigns across multiple channels and measure the results that they drove on each
- Data analysis (understanding visualized data and extracting insight from them)
- Redesigning marketing automation system and execution of it.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3 years of experience with SEO, Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures
- MBA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
- Prior experience with on-page, off-page optimization and technical SEO
- Strong analytical skill and familiarity with digital marketing tools
