Junior Growth Maker
We are looking for a Junior Growth Maker who wants to gain practical experience in growth and digital marketing while working on real projects with measurable impact.
This role is suitable for students or early-career candidates who want to learn by doing and develop a strong foundation in growth, marketing, and experimentation.
What you will do
Support the execution of growth initiatives (content, social media, basic paid campaigns, landing pages)
Assist with testing and optimization of growth experiments
Help analyze performance data (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions)
Work with modern tools (analytics platforms, AI tools, Canva, basic automation)
Collaborate with senior team members on growth strategy and execution
Document learnings and help improve internal processes
