Job Description

● Develop strategies, goals, and KPIs. ● Foster and guide creativity in the organization. ● Take care of current customers and grow the customer base through digital marketing channels. ● Define management KPIs and oversee digital projects ● Identify new opportunities and ideas to increase brand awareness and growth. ● Lead CRM strategies to strengthen relationships with new and existing potential customers. ● Provide detailed reports and planning. ● Create, lead and develop a team of digital marketing experts.

Requirements

● 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing for advertising agencies. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. ● Having an analytical mind to analyze data and turn ideas into practical strategies. ● Specialized understanding of digital media, digital measurements, and metrics. ● Understand Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Website Design Trends. ● Understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ● Organizational skills. ● Project management skills and ability to deliver on time. ● Have a high motivation, confidence, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
