Plan and run all web campaigns, SEO / SEM, email, social media and advertising.
• Planning, implementing and maintaining social media presence
• Measure performance and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance in relation to the goals defined for the campaigns.
• Identify market trends and optimize performance and resource consumption, tailored to market trends
• Provide creative ideas and strategies for growth and development
• Design, implement and measure various conversion rate optimization tests (achieve goals)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience of the pages.
• Use strong analytical power to evaluate customer experience in different channels and all stages of communication through them (end-to-end user experience)
• Set effective points for conversion rates and optimize sales funnels
• Collaborate with organizations and other sales associates
• Evaluate emerging technologies, apply them with appropriate thinking and leadership to coordinate and use when needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related fields
• Having work experience in the field of digital marketing
• Work experience in SEO / SEM guidance, email, social media or advertising campaigns
• Have high creativity with experience in identifying target audiences, building digital campaigns to engage, inform, and motivate audiences.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels (user funnels)
• Experience in A / B testing and multivariate
• Strong knowledge of website traffic analysis tools (eg Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends)
• Knowledge of how to work with advertising tools
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming languages
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
