Job Description

- Manage and monitor all systems, including oracle and sql databases, sql server cubes, Data warehouse ETL - Monitor and manage system backups and recovery, including databases - Monitor and manage SSRS - Monitor and manage linux and windows servers - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing requirements, statuses, and associated issues - Complete other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management Tasks and Experience

Requirements

- Associate’s degree; BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred - Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices - Knowledge of reporting and ETL tools and related services (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS/Power BI) - Strong technical documentation skills - Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems using native & third party monitoring and troubleshooting tools - Experience in Database Administration and maintaining database security, Partitioning, Hardware Resource Capacity Planning , Performance Monitoring - Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts - Familiar with Data warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts - Familiar with network and operating system concepts - Familiar with linux operating system
