Responsibilities:
● Interview stakeholders to determine requirements for data, reports, analysis, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
● Gather data from a wide variety of internal and external sources (including designing data entry structures); monitor and ensure data quality.
● Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and derive key metrics.
● Analyze data to unearth insights and develop data visualizations to facilitate decision making.
● Own and drive analyses for a high-impact projects which influences company-wide decision making.
● Developing, maintaining, and advancing advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
● Work closely with peers and stakeholders to support monthly ad-hoc reporting and special projects and multiple teams.
● Continually identifying and executing process improvements.
● Support the monthly and quarterly Royalties reporting process, ensure the accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders, perform analysis of deliverables, and conduct quality review.
