Job Description

● Organizing data and information in different departments of the organization (collecting and receiving information). ● Evaluating progress and achievement of goals. ● Reviewing and changing the implementation strategy in the short term to achieve the goal. ● Conducting cause and effect analysis to investigate the barriers to change. ● Establishing continuous communication with stakeholders and the target team for effective communication. ● Directing training and building capacity in the field of continuous improvement tools and methodologies and creating a sustainable learning and improvement environment. ● Updating stakeholders on activities, progress, and challenges to ensure results.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Management, Health Information Management, or other related fields. ● Familiarity with Lean Healthcare, PMP, Prosci, SDLC methodologies, process design, and improvement. ● Ability to communicate effectively with different departments of the organization. ● Ability to build and lead a team. ● Systematic, analytical, critical, and creative thinking. ● Ability to manage conflict and the ability to resolve organizational conflicts. ● Fluent in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Proficient in English. ● Ability to read English scientific articles. ● Getting to know the scientific research method.
