Job Description

● To coordinate daily requirements on SP parts with supply and commercial teams. ● To prepare daily planning for brokers on what needed to be cleared. ● To arrange with the team to prepare all the required documents on time. ● To control brokers' activities in the clearance procedure and MOC process on a daily basis. ● To control daily payment requests for clearance charges and their flow from the broker to the accounting department. ● To exchange data and action plans between cross-functional teams such as transportation, logistics, commercial, and finance to help the fluidity of the supply chain. ● To control legal document validity required for clearance. ● To have continuous control of KPIs to keep them within the defined levels and improve them. ● To insure proper reports are prepared that reflect the weak and strong points of the clearance procedure. ● To communicate with Iran customs authorities for problem-solving negotiations or implementation of new plans and procedures. ● To check customs tariff. ● To get goods ID with the support of the commercial and engineering teams.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in the import or export field and also supply chain experience. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Commercial Management. ● Fluent in English (French knowledge is a plus). ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in import or export rules and regulations. ● Fluent in INCOTERMS. ● Team player. ● Good communication skills. ● Analytical thinking.
