Job Description
*Mission:
-Generate different market plans to maintain subscribers’ segments, along with projecting gross revenue in every revenue line.
*Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with ITS/CR/S&D in the overall customer segmentation process.
- Liaise with Customer Value Analysis, Customer Insight, and EDW teams to get the necessary information and reports for team activities.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to refine and enhance the quality of customer behavior analytics reports
- Provide content for BTL Campaign messages regarding the target market for the Brand team.
- Support the line manager in defining market requirement based on analysis, market research, and inputs from the sales team
- Constantly review and analyze the status of all company revenue lines against the business plan, products, and services performance versus the plans, performance of live offers, etc.
- Recognize optimal segments (Loyal, Churn, Geo…) and develop promotional campaigns to respond to downward trends and sudden drops, while also maintaining growing trends in revenue.
- Identify revenue opportunities using base data and analytics, identify potential target segments by understanding each customer's needs, potential, and their feedback on live promotions, products, and rate plan designs.
- Monitor and assess the impact of competitor activities, the launch of new promotions, products, and services on revenue and retention of company subscribers, and use the results as input for team activities.
- Apply different methods like monitoring competitors, studying best practices, conducting brainstorming sessions, gathering ideas, reviewing and using predefined/previous marketing plans, etc.
- Initiate market plans to choose amongst the segments and decide for which one you should run the campaign to achieve revenue targets with maximum revenue increase.
- Create a balance in promotional campaigns to ensure both retention of customers and benefit for the company.
- Submit generated campaigns to the financial modeling team, ensuring financial models are prepared and confirmed for them all, and communicate final approved campaigns to related product teams.
- Review promotional campaigns analysis (including competitor analysis, sector analysis, by-channel (business customer, consumers, etc.) generated by Customer Value Analysis to identify areas where the company has challenges and opportunities and modify available promotional campaigns.
- Initiate the generation of any ad-hoc/periodic report that helps team activities for market planning and communicate it with EDW or Customer Value Analysis.
*Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering
-Master’s degree in Marketing is an advantage.
*Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising others
*Experience working in a medium-sized organization
