Job Description
We are looking for a customer service supervisor to join our team. This employee should take charge of a section of the call center and retention department of the customer support team through policies, procedures, and setting goals and have comprehensive plans to increase their productivity. Effective communication and cooperation with the manager and support team to provide solutions to create great experiences for customers are among our other expectations from this person.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and delegate tasks to the supervised team and receive reports based on the need to reach the specified target.
- Analyze and present continuous reports to department management to help continuously improve processes.
- Support and train employees to improve team performance.
- Implement support quality measurement methods.
- Conduct different customer survey methods.
- Perform other related assigned duties as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
