Culture, Communications and Employee Experience Manager

Job Description

MISSION AND OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
A strategic role focused on shaping culture, connecting employees with leadership, and aligning communication and engagement with business goals to strengthen company identity and elevate the employee journey.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Culture:
•Define, articulate, and embed the company’s core values into everyday practices, policies, and decision-making.
•Continuously nurture a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace where employees feel a strong sense of belonging.

Internal Communication:
•Design and implement internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and engage employees.
•Partner with leadership to deliver impactful messaging and campaigns that promotes transparency and trust.

Employee Engagement:
•Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to retention and career development—ensuring each stage reflects the company’s culture and values.
•Create and execute initiatives & company wide surveys informed by employee feedback to strengthen morale, recognition, and connection.

People-Centric Practice:
•Prioritize employee well-being and professional growth through programs that reflects both personal & professional development as well as sense of self-fulfillment.
•Mentor and guide HR Business Partners to champion cultural and communication initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement:
•Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of cultural, communication, and engagement programs, using insights to refine strategies.
•Stay ahead of trends and best practices in employee engagement, HR, and organizational culture to continuously elevate the employee experience.

Requirement
•Experience: 8+ years in HR roles that includes 4 years in HR Management focused on culture, communication, or employee experience.
•Skills: Strategic thinking, exceptional communication, hands-on leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cultural sensitivity.
