Summary:

As the creative studio team lead, you will be the creative visionary responsible for guiding and overseeing the production of all visual assets, leading a team of creative professionals, and setting the artistic direction to ensure that the brand's visual identity is maintained across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a creative team of motion graphics designers, graphic artists, video creators, and photographers.
  • Set the creative direction and vision for all visual content.
  • Oversee and guide the production of visual creations and assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency.
  • Mentor and manage the creative team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize relevant software and tools.
  • Create a consistent and compelling visual brand narrative.
  • Overcome creative challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage resources efficiently.
  • Anticipate the needs and preferences of the target.

Interview Process:

  • Part 1: HR Phone Interview (10 minutes)
  • Part 2: Technical Interview (Online Interview 60 minutes)
  • Part 3: Technical Challenge (Mini Project Test: 7 days)
  • Part 4: Final Interview and Job Offer (90 minutes)
  • Total Duration: 10 days;

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • Creative Direction: Creative vision and the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute compelling visual content.
  • Visual Asset Production: Proficiency in overseeing and guiding the production of motion graphics, illustration, real video creation, and photography.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in managing and leading creative teams.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Visual Identity Maintenance: Ability to evolve and maintain the brand's visual identity.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tech.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Storytelling: Strong abilities to create a consistent and engaging brand narrative.
