Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a data‑driven sales strategy for the Corporate and COOPs channel aligned with the company’s commercial objectives and brand priorities
Identify and acquire new corporate and cooperative customers while expanding business opportunities within the channel
Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients, cooperatives, distributors, and business partners
Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close large-scale sales contracts
Manage and grow key corporate accounts while ensuring effective contract execution
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions aligned with market demands
Lead, coach, and develop the corporate sales team to enhance capabilities and ensure effective execution
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams to optimize performance and service levels
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments and propose proactive action plans
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and commercial guidelines
Prepare timely sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses for the Corporate & COOPs channel
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long‑term partnerships with corporate clients

Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in complex and competitive environments
Strong understanding of Corporate and Cooperatives channel dynamics, customer segmentation, and Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategies
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract management skills
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights from data to drive commercial decisions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Effective time management and project management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
Language
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
