Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sabah Industries Group is responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of our dairy factories. This leadership role is based in Tehran and focuses on ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our plant management sector. The COO will leverage extensive industry experience in dairy and FMCG sectors to drive operational excellence across all factory sites.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies for multiple dairy factories to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align factory operations with corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop factory management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize production processes and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly upheld across all factory operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating multiple dairy factories within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
- In-depth knowledge of dairy production processes and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
