Job Description

● Design and generation of I&C documents such as instrument list, datasheet, P&ID, I/O list, control philosophy, cause and effect diagram, inquiry, and sizing. ● Installation, calibration, configuration, loop check, and maintenance of field instruments.

Requirements

A dynamic, technically adept control and instrumentation engineer with 8 years of experience in the power, mining, and industrial domains. Experience entails the design, installation, and monitoring of a wide range of instruments and control systems, maintaining site safety, preparing instrument data sheets, calculations, and project execution. Recognized as a dependable team player and effective problem solver, with the ability to coordinate between inter-departmental teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines and perform risk management. Others: ● Familiar with other outstanding instrumentation brands. ● Experience in the control system of Siemens (hardware configuration, HMI, and programming of PLC, S7-300, 400). ● Familiar with the control system. ● Familiar with RTU and SCADA systems. ● Familiar with Industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Rs485, Modbus, Hart, IEC101). ● Familiar with engineering standards such as ISA, ASTM, ASMI, ANSI, NEMA, IEC, and IPS. ● Flexibility and an ability to compromise. ● Willingness to accept responsibility and make decisions. ● Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● A high level of attention to detail.
