The content supervisor's role is to develop a consistent brand identity for a company and establish its online presence. This job involves overseeing marketing strategies to engage customers and ensure they have a positive view of the company and its products or services. You should use information, such as metrics and statistics about the target customers' demographics and selections, to create multimedia content that raises brand awareness. The content supervisor’s daily responsibilities will include writing, editing, proofreading, formulating content strategies, and managing a content team. Therefore, creativity and leadership skills are essential to this role. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Our ideal candidate should be an experienced professional who is comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence and uses analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Our definition of content consists of multimedia articles, blog posts, images, or video ideas that aid in fostering engagement online. As a Content supervisor, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: ● Write, edit, and proofread content. ● Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. ● Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout. ● Create engaging content on social media. ● Edit, proofread, and improve posts and articles. ● Formulate a cross-platform content strategy. ● Optimize content according to SEO. ● Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics. ● Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board. ● Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas. ● Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of ours.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. ● Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports our company's brand identity. ● Creativity and the ability to develop original content. ● Good organizational and time-management skills. ● Expertise in using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement. ● Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of Persian. ● Advanced written communication skills and the ability to read a copy. ● Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices. ● Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives. ● Knowledge of MS Office.
