Your new role 

Please note that this is not a People Manager role and your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compliance counsel and support related to internal policies, business ethics standards, and company regulations.
• Reviewing and drafting compliance codes and materials, and assisting in the development of training materials, compliance slides, and checklists.
• Supporting the compliance team in fostering an ethical culture and ensuring business activities align with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Monitoring functional units' activities to ensure alignment with compliance objectives and directives.
• Managing and maintaining accurate documentation within the LCQ department to ensure readiness for compliance audits.
• Facilitating and managing compliance projects, optimising internal processes, and assisting in responses to compliance issues and queries.

Your skills & qualifications

 As Compliance Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Law degree with 3-5 years of relevant legal or compliance experience, ideally in a multinational company (preferably pharmaceutical) 

or an international law firm.

• Solid knowledge of Iranian laws and regulations with strong legal analysis and risk management skills.

• Effective English communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset with constructive assertiveness.

• Strong stakeholder management, business understanding, project management skills, and attention to detail.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities guided by integrity and ethical standards.
